Refund Policy

Returns Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Damaged or Wrong Products If the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [ysm20001@gmail.com] with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed (within our 3-6 day processing window), we may not be able to cancel it.
