Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-6 business days. During this period, we verify your order, perform quality checks, and prepare the items for dispatch. You will receive a notification once your order has been handed over to our shipping partners.

Shipping Times After the processing period, shipping usually takes 7-15 business days to arrive at your destination, depending on your location and local postal services.

Please note: Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
